THE SICILIAN BUTCHER is hiring for a Server. We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, professional Server/Bartenders If you are committed to absolute guest satisfaction in a fast paced, high energy, scratch gourmet kitchens apply with us. Candidates must be professional, dependable, enthusiastic and friendly.
Seeking talented Server who has the passion for creative food and exceptional service who wants to join a family, who takes pride in the highest standards, and works in a warm and inviting workplace that loves to have fun, work hard and is team driven.
Requirements:
• You should have at least 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant.
• You should have excellent communication skills, able to muti-task and the desire to work and learn from an amazing team.
• You must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift 25 pounds, and be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Applicant must work well under pressure, be punctual andprofessional and be excited to join a team of coworkers dedicated to detail.
• Full-time/part time shift available for high volume and fast paced fun concept in Phoenix
• Applicant must have experience, positive attitude, be punctual, and be a team player.
• You must have a current Food Handler's Card or are able to obtain upon hire. Title 4 Alcohol Certificate.
• Aloha experience a plus.

Using family recipes, The Sicilian Butcher introduces 15 craft meatball varieties including dry-aged steak, lamb, ahi tuna, lump crab, and Tomaso’s Sicilian version made with ground veal, prime beef, pork, pine nuts, raisins, and pecorino cheese, and meatless/vegetarian choices such as lentil and eggplant parmigiana. The choose-your-own-meatball adventure continues with eight sauce options such as garlic-basil marinara, pesto trapanese, parmigiano cream sauce, truffle mushroom, and spicy arrabbiata and guests can mix or match their meatballs with a Caesar salad, house-extruded pasta, bread for sandwiches, polenta or risotto.
