Job Description
This position consists mainly (not limited too) supplying guests with food and drinks as they request as well as being attentive and accommodating to guests. They should constantly be busy, run food, complete side-work, polish and roll silverware, maintain table maintenance, pre-bus tables, refill waters and coffees, restock tables and work stations. The server should give every table the same service by suggesting drinks, recommending food options, upselling specialty and side items, and serving these items efficiently and timely. The server will provide good customer service, learn food items and drinks, and maintain a neat and tidy appearance that adhere to uniform guidelines.
