As a Shift Leader your job will include:
greeting customers
entering orders into the POS
checking orders for quality and accuracy
directing the team during lunch and dinner service to deliver great customer experiences
cleaning and maintaining the restaurant
assisting the management team in day to day operations such as ordering, inventory, and cash handling

Shift Leaders play an integral part in ensuring that every customer receives an uncompromising food experience. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, pays attention to detail, and is enthusiastic about their role. He or she must be able to motivate others to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Ability to communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
Must be competent with computerized register systems (POS) and have good cash handling skills.
Must be of legal age according to State regulations to service alcohol.
Must possess applicable health and/or alcohol compliance certification.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Performs duties that require standing, fast movement throughout the dining room, kitchen, and serving area.
Position requires bending, reaching, twisting and lifting. Requires working in the restaurant with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as work with phones, computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment.
Handles multiple priorities, works under stress, and exercises good judgement when dealing with guest situations and complaints.
