Job Description
We are looking for someone who excels in a restaurant setting and is looking to ultimately take their career to the next level in management. This is for you if you thrive on challenge and continually look for opportunities to learn. Are as comfortable taking responsibility as you are in delegating it. Responsibilities
- Oversee team members and delegate duties to be accomplished during that shift
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
- Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer complaints
- Assist in managing team member schedules
- Ensure quality control and assist in inventory management
