Job Description
The sidekick to a hero that saves the neighborhood from bad food. You handle the dirty work without making it seem dirty. An extra set of eyes for the head chef, you handle quality control, appliances and personalities. While the chef supervises issues from a high level, you're on the ground staring problems in the eye. Trustworthy, responsible, and in training to one day have your own sidekick watching your back in a kitchen that's yours.
Responsibilities
- Assist head chef in preparation of food and drink menu.
- Oversee each plate prior to serving.
- Fill in for head chef when needed.
- Manage kitchen staff from schedule to performance assessment.
- Solve kitchen issues as they arise.
- Order kitchen supplies for stocking inventory.
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards.
