Job Description
As the supervisor, you'll be the go to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team members and delegate duties to be accomplished during that shift
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
- Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer complaints
- Assist in managing team member schedules
- Ensure quality control and assist in inventory management

Peter Brody, Chief Executive Officer and owner of Blue Sky Sports Center had a vision. Years ago when his kids were young and played soccer, whether it was while coaching their team or watching them play as a spectator, he knew immediately when he visited one well known indoor center to watch his daughter play that surely he could do it better. And from that thought his vision was born. It took a few more years for the vision to become a reality along with one north Texas city deciding against bringing Blue Sky Sports Center into their city limits. As the saying goes, “when one door closes another door opens.” Soon after that the city of The Colony came calling.
The original Blue Sky Sports Center location was established in 2000 on 171 acres of Federal Park land in The Colony, Texas. Blue Sky Sports Center of The Colony is a 39,000 sqft facility with one large, one junior and one warm-up field and three full size outdoor soccer fields. Overlooking Lake Lewisville this location has a unique look and feel as you drive onto the property. Built when The Colony, Frisco and Little Elm were still miles apart, this location is now in the heart of the North Dallas soccer community.
