Job Description

PAY UP TO $15 AN HOUR.

As the supervisor, you'll be the go to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. When the manager is not present, you'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager & Shift Lead positions report directly to the General Manager. These positions are responsible for the helping the General Manager in the operations of his/her specified restaurant. The Assistant Manager & Shift Lead continually promote and maintain the high operating standards of Grafton Way Restaurant Group (GWRG). The Assistant Manager/Shift Lead, along with their team, creates a safe and sanitary work environment while continuing to build sales and profitability.
• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The main goal for the Shift Lead (SL) & Assistant Manager (AM) is supporting the goals of the business and helps the General Manager achieve those goals. Please see below for General Manager duties to see what your duties will be in assisting
• SLs & AMs will be trained into their position and be in training until able to handle shifts without a supervisor
• Some of the General Manager duties will be your duties entirely when running shifts on your own
