Job Description

Linden is a high-quality health and wellness company searching for driven, talented, plant-passionate individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to lead a team to fulfill the vision of our high-quality operation, while meeting customer service expectations. Rate is $16-19/hr (includes tips). Position is Part-Time.

Essential Job Functions

• Must have a deep understanding of our brand and our high-quality nutritional products and be able to communicate at an exceptional level to our clientele.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment, consistently prepare high-quality beverages and food in a low- waste environment, while catering to customers’ requests and needs.

• The ability to make latte art is a PLUS!

• Available to work a minimum of three (3) days a week. Weekends are

required.

• The physical aspect of the job requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending over, reaching and other varied tasks.

• Enforce and follow all policies, procedures, recipes, health codes, and safety regulations.

• Execute accurate sales transactions on the register, and operate all food preparation equipment and tools efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment at all times.

- Build guest relationships and respond to complaints and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

• Ensure adequate inventory levels that allow for Guest needs. Monitor the store’s on-hand inventory for waste and theft.

• Clearly communicate products, procedures, marketing initiatives, training development, equipment and any other company programs.
• Desired Qualifications:
• • Must be able to multi-task, and change priorities quickly in a fast-paced,
• high-energy, and physically demanding environment.
• • 2-4 years of previous experience in a similar environment (quick service
• food or retail)
• • Food Handlers Certification prior to employment
