As the supervisor, you are the Go To Person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed.
When the manager is not present, you are responsible for overseeing our team and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team members and delegate duties in the shift
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
- Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer concerns
- Assist in managing team member schedules
- Ensure quality control and assist in inventory management
- Help prepare product as needed
- Uphold local and federal safety codes
- Other duties as required
