Job Description

As the supervisor, you'll be the go to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and quick to lend a helping hand where needed. You'll be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• PT Pho Express is looking for one supervisor to lead our team to success. Salary is starting at $13/hour - $18/hour. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated and engaged.

• • Working and communication with General Managers is a must!
• • Recruit, hire and train employees (FOH & BOH)
• • Support all team members when needed
• • Motivate and keep staff on tasks
• • Keep track and order inventory
• • Strong attention to detail
• • Must have flexible schedule
• • Deposit cash
• • Substitute and exchange schedule for employees when necessary
• • Create and publish employee schedules in a timely manner
• • Keep restaurant sanitized and cleaned incompliance with Health Department Policies
• Qualifications:
• • Restaurant Supervisor experience is preferable
• • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• • Ability to train and lead a team to success
• • Cash handling
• • Outstanding organizational skills
