For over 40 years, Spring Creek Barbeque has been one of Texas’ best and most popular barbeque restaurant concepts. We started in 1980, with authentic family recipes for great barbeque, along with a vision of what casual family dining should be. We are a growing and dynamic company, with great opportunities for dedicated and energetic managers.
Responsibilities
- At Spring Creek Barbeque we are looking for career minded managers that are looking for advancement and growth and that like to have fun in a fast-paced, high energy environment, where everyone on the team works hard and works together to ensure that Every Guest Leaves Happy. We have opportunities for managers at all levels…all the way from entry level to seasoned veterans.

- You can expect a 10-11 week training program that will prepare you for future success in the company.
- We have friendly operational hours (11-9 Monday thru Sunday)
- Managers will typically work 50-55 hour work weeks with two consecutive days off.
