Job Description
Como supervisor, usted será la persona a quien acudir durante la dia: el primero en lina para resolver problemas y rápido para ayudar cuando sea necesario. Cuando el jefe no es presente, será responsable de supervisor a los miembros del grupo y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Responsibilities
- Oversee team members and delegate duties to be accomplished during that shift
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
- Interact with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to customer complaints
- Assist in managing team member schedules
- Ensure quality control and assist in inventory management
