Sushi Kitchen – The role of the Sushi Kitchen team member is to provide a great guest experience by producing quality food that follows eeZ's cooking and plating procedures. As a Sushi Kitchen team member, you also take pride in maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.

Enthusiastic, upbeat and outgoing attitude.

Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work effectively within a team.

Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Cook food in a variety of ways
• Prepare ingredients
• Possess a solid sense of timing
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock and place orders for shortages
