Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide Quality Food, Fast and Friendly
Responsibilities
- Provide Arby’s Red Hat Service to every guest
- Meet or exceed speed of service standards.
- Serve our guests hot, fresh quality food.
- Maintain crystal clean guest view and work area.
- Follow all food and personal safety procedures.
- Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
- Replenish and rotate supplies.
- Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule.
- Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform.
- Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.

The first Arby’s restaurant opened in Boardman, Ohio on July 23, 1964, serving only 69-cent roast beef sandwiches, potato chips, and Texas-sized iced teas. Brothers Forrest and Leroy Raffel refined the operation for the next year and then franchised the first Arby’s restaurant in 1965.
