Job Description
Dunkin' is hiring a qualified Team Member to join our team in Arlington, TX now. As a team member on our staff, you're fully immersed in the spirit of the establishment and responsible for providing a memorable guest experience. You're high functioning, adaptable in a fast paced environment, and ready for whatever a customer throws at you. Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items
