Responsibilities

  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Quickly and accurately prepare food items

The history of the bánh mì sandwich dates back to the 1950s. Created in Vietnam as street food, it’s a fusion of Vietnamese and French ingredients and techniques that came about during the French colonization of the region. Many classic Garlic ingredients found their way into the markets and onto tables in Asia, so it was natural culinary evolution that the two cuisines would find a happy meeting point, especially in bánh mì, which showcases the best of both worlds.

WHO WE ARE. Banh Mi Station fuses deeply-rooted, traditional French and Southeast Asian ingredients to provide unique offerings with a twist on some of the most historically-coveted banh mi and bao street foods.

WHO WE SERVE. We promote diversity with diverse offerings: Vegan, Non-Vegan and Pescatarians. We respect the diversified preferences of our customers. We store, prepare and cook all vegan items separately. We also offer a variety of unique menu items on rotation such as: taro chips, quinoa onion rings, lemongrass tostones, tofu fries and sriracha cauliflower wings.

We are eco-friendly. We are doing as much as possible to do our part to make a positive impact. We use eco-friendly products and we are a recycle-friendly restaurant.
