Job Description

Culver's on Monument Rd is looking for front of house and back of house team members who are warm, friendly, and highly motivated to deliver the highest level of hospitality and service to our guests. We are looking to bring on team members of high character; people who care for others, love to have fun while working hard, and are serious about finding a place to grow, learn, and develop.

This role is also responsible for adhering to food safety and other sanitation measures to ensure that everything in the FOH & BOH properly follows Department of Health and company guidelines.

BOH jobs include fryer station, flat top grill, and burger / sandwich dressing station.

FOH jobs include cashier, drive thru, dessert/custard station, and guest attendant.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
• Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
• Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
• Weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
• Know and comply with proper storage standards
• Participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
• Clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards
