Job Description
At Mayfield DQ our starting wage for a restaurant Team Member is $12 per hour, and you can earn up to $14 per hour after 3 months. Mayfield DQ does not hire cooks or cashiers but rather Team Members. Being a Team Member means that we don't restrict you to one customer service or food service position and we will cross-train you so that you are productive in the front of the house, with soft serve, and also productive in the kitchen, making our great burgers and baskets.
Responsibilities
- Cross-training is required
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fun, vibrant outgoing personality, great customer service skills
- Be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of time up to 6-8 hours in length and be able to lift 10-50 pounds
