Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items

THEY WANTED TO CREATE A RESTAURANT IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD THAT NOT ONLY SERVED AMAZING FRESH FOOD, BUT WAS A SPECIAL PART OF THE COMMUNITY. THEIR FAVORITE PART OF HAYSTACK IS THE AMAZING GUESTS AND FRIENDS THEY GET TO SERVE. IN JANUARY OF 2017 THEY OPENED THE TURTLE CREEK LOCATION AND HAVE PLANS TO OPEN THREE MORE BY SPRIG OF 2020. THEY ARE EXCITED ABOUT BEING A PART OF EACH COMMUNITY THAT HAYSTACK SERVES.
THE GALVAN'S HAVE A LONG HISTORY IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS AND ALSO THE RESTAURANT LANDSCAPE IN THE DALLAS AREA. KEVIN IS THE FOURTH GENERATION OF RESTAURANT OWNERS IN HIS FAMILY.
