Compensation

Starting at $14.50 guaranteed pay per hour

$10.5 base (more for higher-level jobs and/or experience)

$4 tips (almost always higher, but this much is guaranteed)

$150 monthly health benefit for full-timers (30+ hrs) after first 90 days.
