Join the Jersey Mike's Subs team to train as a crew member with opportunities for growth into shift lead and management positions!

Responsibilities and Duties
You will perform a variety of tasks as a sandwich maker, cashier, prep lead, grill operator, slicer. You will be exposed to all facets of running and operating the #1 fastest growing sandwich franchise in the country.
Customer satisfaction is our number 1 objective, and that involves all facets of our operation from maintaining a clean and organized restaurant to direct interaction with our customer base. We require giving the customer the greatest experience each time they come in the store.
Qualifications and Skills
We require a great attitude, high energy level and the enthusiasm to banter with all our customers. The ability to multi-task will serve you well.
Food Handler card will be required and can be obtained after being hired.
Prior restaurant/food service experience not required but previous management experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items
