Karmic Grounds is looking to grow our team of of skilled and passionate baristas! We brew Onyx Coffee Lab, encourage creative contributions from the team, hold our craft to high standards, and offer opportunities to grow within the company. Experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking to bring on baristas who are eager to learn in a hands-on environment and who thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- •Baristas are responsible for daily cleaning tasks both behind the bar and in the cafe area
- •Creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service
- •Crafting quality beverages with consistency
- •Using strong communication skills to interact efficiently with team members
- •Serving alcohol and food in addition to traditional cafe beverages
- •Contribute drink recipe ideas for seasonal menus
