Welcome to Masfajitas! We are a company that not only sells great food, but provides great service, and that starts with people like you. At Masfajitas, we take great pride in preparing 90% of our menu from scratch, having a clean family-friendly environment, while providing memorable and amazing service.
Albert & Mario Sorto both learned and worked together at their uncle’s restaurant in Houston over 20 years ago. Many of those same recipes are the ones we serve today. They took their knowledge, hard work, and dedication to open Masfajitas-Caldwell on July 2, 1997. Times have come and gone, Masfajitas-Caldwell is still the town’s favorite place to go. Due to popularity, we now have locations in the following cities:
Masfajitas-Taylor 2005
Masfajitas-Round Rock 2011
Masfajitas-Georgetown 2016
Masfajitas-Killeen joined 2017
Masfajitas-College Station in 2020
Even with all of these expansions and locations, one thing has remained consistent: their passion for fresh and flavorful food everyday!
