Outer Banks Boil Company is a franchise that started in Outer Banks, NC specializing in Low Country Boil Seafood Steamer Pots. We are now bringing this family fun dining experience to St. Pete Beach! Our vision is for this to be a fun place to work while also establishing a great name in the St. Petersburg area. Restaurant experience is not required but is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing checklist
• Prepares all food items according to specifications. -Refers to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift for assigned duties
• Understands and complies consistently with standard portion sizes, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary area
• Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist
• Practices safe food handling procedures and safety guidelines
• Welcome and greet customers in person and on the phone
• Describe pots to go and catering options, answer questions regarding our options and services
• Take orders and follow procedures to communicate with prep and/or enter in the POS/CRM
• Maintain clean service areas
• Accept payment, process credit card charges or make changes (if applicable)
• Thank customers for their to go pot order and invite them to return
