Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Sample retail products to customers
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Provide great customer service while selling retail items in the Sadie's Retail store.
• Quickly and accurately answer customers questions about Sadie's Products
