Job Description

Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items

Skibos is one of numerous place and it's a family favorite. Our service can be hit and miss at times. Sanford has two sub places owned by our family - Sobik's and Skibo's. My family saw the restaurant heading in one of two directions and different parts of the family took over the different approaches.
