Job Description

This job is for a bowling desk representative. As an employee at our bowl desk, you'll be fully immersed in the bowling aspect of our establishment. Everything from greeting guests to assigning lanes to maintaining the lanes, etc. This job is a tipped out position.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for providing friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to
• bowling guests including Welcoming and assisting customers with bowling shoes, bowling lane set-up and if needed
• assist with choosing the right bowling balls. Mechanically inclined but not required as resolving basic lane malfunctions and machine calls, including pin resetting. The desk is held accountable for maintaining excellent cleanliness of bowling area: tables, counters, chairs, floors, and lanes.
