Job Description
Tubby's Sub Shop of Pinckney
Now Hiring - FULL TIME and PART TIME
Must be 18 + to apply.
Pay is dependent on experience: $15-$16.
Must be dependable, dedicated, and have the ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
New hires will be trained in all positions (order taking, grilling, prep work, sandwich artist, cleaning and sanitizing.
Candidates will need to be able to do the following: Provide an excellent customer service experience. Multitask at a fast pace. Demonstrate proper food safety procedures. Work within a positive team environment. Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance
Schedule would be 4-5 days a week. Hours of operation are 10am-8pm.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

About Tubby's Sub Shop
In 1978, the company awarded its first franchise store at 14 Mile and Ryan in Sterling Heights. A number of dine-in locations opened soon after, followed by the first drive-through restaurant in Westland in the early 1980s. Tubby's growth through the years has been at a deliberate pace. Quality of franchisees and store locations rather than the quantity of stores in operation are the guiding rules. This philosophy originates from Tubby’s Sub Shops being a family owned and operated business. The family tradition continues with Robert Paganes, Richard’s brother, who serves as the company's CEO.
