Job Description

Responsibilities
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
- Quickly and accurately prepare food items

Coffee: we buy straight from the farms and roast our beans off site for a specific curated taste.
Pizza: we only use the finest Italian ingredients on our pizzas drawing practices from Rome and Napoli chefs. Using Ciao tomatoes and high grade, low moisture cheese, it makes a huge difference that you can taste.
Wine: over 100 available selections by the glass ranging from rotating house wines to brands like Orin Swift, Caymus, Prisoner, DAOU, Austin Hope, and many more.
We hosts a number of events including around these 3 pillars such as wine tastings, cars and coffee events, and local barista latte art competitions —a variety of mediums with the main goal of building a community of other enthusiasts who share like-passions.
