Job Description
As the Tortillera, you will be responsible for preparing tortillas of different varieties. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and following all safety and sanitation protocols.

- Measure, weigh, and prep recipe ingredients
- Knead, roll, and prep dough
