Assistant Manager will help to manage staff, inventory and ensure health codes are met

Ensure that company`s policies and procedures are been followed by staff members

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as Kitchen Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager

Great attention to detail

Primary Job Duties:

Management of staff

Catering

Inventory control and monitoring

Prepare orders

Assist in providing leadership and guidance to team members and ensuring staff is well-trained

Ensures company policies and procedures are practiced & enforced

Oversees food quality through monitoring of product shelf life, expiration dates, rotation, product turnover and maintaining proper temperatures

Properly prepping the kitchen at the beginning and end of every shift

Cooking and plating of food per restaurants standards

Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills

Ensure that staff keeps a clean, sanitized and organized environment which adheres to health code requirements, along with maintaining a safe and secure work environment

Understand of the financial side of the position
