Position Summary:

The OTG Restaurant Manager is an integral part in creating an enhanced airport experience. At OTG, we view travel as a lifestyle, and our mission is to treat the airport itself as a destination. Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• • Handling the day-to-day management of the restaurant
• • Providing leadership and instilling pride to crewmembers
• • Establishing and executing high standards of food quality
• • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant from staffing to service and stock
• • Managing staff and schedules for all crewmembers
• • Coordinating and planning with GMs and Airport Management
• • Ensuring staff is following protocol and providing the best experience for customers
• • Administrating management and crewmember training
• Qualifications and Requirements
• • Degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferred
• • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail- preferably overseeing single to multi-unit concepts
• • Experience with P&L Analysis is a must
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
