Position Summary:
The OTG Restaurant Manager is an integral part in creating an enhanced airport experience. At OTG, we view travel as a lifestyle, and our mission is to treat the airport itself as a destination. Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- • Handling the day-to-day management of the restaurant
- • Providing leadership and instilling pride to crewmembers
- • Establishing and executing high standards of food quality
- • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant from staffing to service and stock
- • Managing staff and schedules for all crewmembers
- • Coordinating and planning with GMs and Airport Management
- • Ensuring staff is following protocol and providing the best experience for customers
- • Administrating management and crewmember training
- Qualifications and Requirements
- • Degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferred
- • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail- preferably overseeing single to multi-unit concepts
- • Experience with P&L Analysis is a must
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
