Assistant Manager starting is between $16-$18 an hour & get cash tips daily.
Must be dependable, dedicated, and have the ability to perform in a fast paced environment.
New hires will be trained in all positions (order taking, grilling, prep work, sandwich artist, cleaning and sanitizing.
Assistant Manager will need to be able to do the following:
Provide an excellent customer service experience. Multitask at a fast pace. Demonstrate proper food safety procedures. Work within a positive team environment. Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance
Tubby's is located inside B.P Gas station you will be joining our restauramt team.

As the Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the Manager is off duty or working on other projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing business segments of restaurant operations - including staffing and service
- Assist in optimizing profit and controlling costs with the use of P&L statements
- Train new employees and supervise current employees to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Schedule maintenance as needed
- Report to all meetings
- Receive and process orders over the phone and from walk-in customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Assist in production of products
- Re-stocking, prep and cleaning of customer area, production areas and outer areas of building
- Operate all equipment
- Daily cleaning of equipment and facility
- Schedule would be 4-5 days a week.
- Hours of operation are 10am-8pm.
