Job Description
As the Shop Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues. You'll be in charge of counting and ordering inventory. You'll learn all aspects of the restaurant from making coffees, cocktails, and cooking and fill and help with ebbs and flows of the Restauant. Coffee, kitchen, or bartending experience not a must, but having experience in 1 or more categories is a plus. Primarily just have the ability to learn with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- 14/hr+
- Available Morning shifts range from 630am to 2pm.
- Available Night shifts range from 2pm to 10pm/11pm.
- Duties include:
- Shift lead and resolve guest issues.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and staff alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Schedule maintenance as needed
- Other duties the Restauant may need working under the other managers.
- Counting and ordering inventory.
