Job Description

Blue Ribbon Restaurants, is proud to announce “Hank’s”, a casual modern American burger concept, opening soon at Palisades Village.


We're seeking hard-working, team oriented, professional Bartenders, whose passion for the craft of service matches their passion for food and beverage.


The ideal candidate should be outgoing, personable and always work with a smile on their face. Deep food service experience required, as is a firm handle on the fundamentals of cocktail, beer, wine and spirit service standards. You must be comfortable independently servicing a large section of tables while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, regardless of volume. Sushi knowledge and experience is a plus but not required.


We are looking for a person who will add value to our team. The ideal candidates will be receptive to hands-on direction from management. Our service philosophy combines confidence in your abilities balanced with a warm humble approach to our guest's experience. Your ability to read our guest's needs (whether expressed or not) and always allow each guest to set the agenda for their experience is paramount.

Bruce and Eric Bromberg have been guiding forces in the culinary world for over 20 years. Family trips to the South of France fostered the Brothers’ appreciation for French cuisine, which blossomed in their studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. However, this was only the beginning of the Brombergs’ culinary journey, which later brought them to some of the most talked about American kitchens.

Together they seamlessly melded their French expertise with their American roots to create the original Blue Ribbon in 1992. Here they served what they liked to eat—an eclectic range of foods—in a room they wanted to be in— casual, unfussy and welcoming.  The industry soon followed and Blue Ribbon became the place for chefs, restaurateurs and loads of happy guests.

Since Blue Ribbon’s inception, Bruce and Eric have showcased their passion and skill with a range of cuisines from sushi to bakeries to fried chicken.

The Bromberg Brothers own and operate Blue Ribbon Restaurants in New York City, Las Vegas, South Beach and are excited to bring their amazing brand and culture to Los Angeles.
