Job Description
Your “Big 5” Responsibilities will be:
-Uphold ICC Community Growth Expectations
-Suggest & Create Exciting Cocktails to Pair with Cigars
-Actively Monitor Product Inventory
-Assist in the Cigar-Related Customer Experience
-Maintain Presentation & Performance Standards
Your performance will be judged on the following:
-Building the community by upholding the ICC brand journey expectations
-Turning first time customers into returning customers or converting to members
-Continuously increasing product and industry knowledge
-Achieving sales numbers based on an average per ticket, ticket count, and other key KPIs
-Level of detail and ability to maintain the lounge cleanliness standards
Ability to maintain a lounge ambiance through clean air, ashtrays, restrooms, lighting, and atmospheric settings
Positively contribute to the culture of team excellence and community satisfaction
Ensures a comfortable, responsible and safe environment
Showing positive teamwork and consistent service for customers without hesitation and negativity.

- Drive overall compliance, ensuring high-quality service standards
- Verify that all customers are of legal drinking age
- Assess customer/member preferences and make drink recommendations
- Adhere to all local, state and federal food and sanitation safety regulations
- Supervise bar, give directions to service staff
- Food item preparation, plating, and presentation when necessary
- Communicate Operation status/needs with F&B Manager
- Maintain TABC/Food Handlers certs
- Passionate and persistent about delivering the finest guest experience possible.
- A track record of meeting challenging sales and operational goals
- Demonstrate flexibility and emotional intelligence to adapt to frequently changing business conditions with energy and accountability.
- Strong communicator with a professional presence. Ability to build relationships with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to take on team lead role in maintaining company standards and culture
- Elevated adaptability to sudden changes that can arise during events or day to day operations.
- Following adjustments to work expectations and systems made by the leadership team as the business grows and evolves.
