Job Description
As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.

The Grind Burger Bar specializes in fresh ground beef Patties that are chargrilled over an open flame. Our buns are locally sourced by a French bakery in Dallas. We offer some of our favorite burgers made our way, or you can always make them how you want them. We also offer salads, paninis and chicken burgers as well. Items for vegetarians (the beyond patty) and Gluten free buns as well. The Grind Burger Bar has 16 beer taps, a full bar with wine and cocktails and frozen drinks. We offer a variety of happy hours throughout the week.
