Job Description
Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

Not many understand this notion better than Nick Moon, who has more than 24 years experience in sourcing and selling seafood to local markets & restaurants; a trade passed down from his father who spent his life doing the same. Together, the two operated Moon’s Amazing Seafood in Melbourne, Florida for years, where Nick really got to know the locals. The true seafood lovers, the fishermen, the tourists, the artists, the locals that make Brevard County what it is. His relationship with the Salvation Army can attest to his core belief in the value of this community. Fast forward to 2016, Nick and his wife, Naomi, opened their own seafood market in Melbourne and the Melbourne Seafood Station was born.
