Job Description
Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.

Pho has been considered as the dish of Vietnam. At Pho Bistro, we could not agree more. Our pho broth is a four hour process. We use fresh, quality beef bones, whole sides of flank steak, traditional herbs, and vegetables to develop our savory broth. Our lengthy process and careful simmering methods develop a unique and authentic flavor. Pho consists of fresh rice noodles, thinly sliced cuts of eye round steak, flank, tendon and book tripe.
