Job Description
The prep cook handles the majority of the prep for all ingredients going into dishes during service. This position often works under little supervision, so you must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques. The quality of the prep work is instrumental in the quality of the finished product, so attention to detail is paramount.

We, Ramen Hakata, are very excited to serve our genuine Japanese traditional ramen for people who have longed for it. Raman Hakata features a unique type of ramen otherwise known as Tonkotsu Ramen, which began in the Hakata district in the city of Fukuoka, Japan.It is typically sold via food stands called "Yatai," which can openly seat seven to eight people in an outdoor atmosphere. Tonkotsu Ramen is widely reguarded as one of Japan’s top three styles of ramen.
