Job Description
As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served and the overall direction of the menu. You’ll be expected to innovate and iterate on the menu to provide creative, quality food while meeting profit goals. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

Cliff was an officer of the Chicago Police in the 1960s. In Chicago, everyone had their own local hangout, including Cliff. His favorite spot was a dark corner bar with a big sign out front. Even Cliff’s grandkids became regular patrons. Cliff welcomed all into his world and this is the essence of what we do.
