Job Description

As the chef, you’ll take complete responsibility for every plate that gets served. You’ll help to create specials and enhance our menu. You will be responsible for hiring and supervising the kitchen staff and coaching employees on consistency, technique and skills.

• Plan & order ingredients
• Help to effectively manage costs and meet budgets
• Hire, manage, and train kitchen staff
• Oversee kitchen staff, looking for opportunities to counsel or coach
