Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.
Responsibilities

- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages

The line cook/dishwasher will report to the Kitchen Manager and must be committed to producing consistent and high quality work. Kitchen experience is preferred but we are most interested in candidates who want to show up and give it 100% and learn and improve on a daily basis. We are offering competitive pay based on experience. Part time and Full time opportunities are available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepping recipes per the recipe and pars
Stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks
Plating prepared foods based on KM’s guidance
Working with expo to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Ability to complete all assigned tasks within the scheduled hours.
