Job Description

As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the kitchen manager and or the store managers. You should welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Responsibilities

• This position is an all around kitchen position. We always like to develop everyone so they are proficient and cross trained in each of the positions in our kitchen. There are training videos that help with your training and greatly ensure that everyone can assist at any position to include Waffle/Pancake Grill, Main Grill, Egg Grill Specialist, Expo (our shift QB) as well as the Prep/Dish position. Being open 6am to 2pm also ensures you are off within an 60-90 minutes after closing. There are no night shifts which makes this restaurant an awesome place to work.
