Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Our chef backgrounds stem from food that Grandma taught us in a small Thai village, a hotel in Pattaya, Thailand, a culinary academy in Bangkok, Thailand and classic French training. Our menu is a whole-hearted family effort of passionately executed Thai comfort food and bistro fare. We offer a modest beer and wine menu, and while Thai food is the star of the show, we also offer a variety of bistro fare such as handmade-to-order crepes, shakes, bubble waffles, pastries, Boba tea and a full espresso menu.
