Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

The acquisition of the historic Olmsted Falls Library in early February by the Gunselman's Group has sparked renewed enthusiasm for the restoration of this cherished landmark. With a rich history dating back to 1936 when Gunselman's Tavern in Fairview Park, Ohio was established, it has set the standard for excellence in hospitality. Following the success of Gunselman's To>Go, an authentic family-style takeout and delivery location in Rocky River established in 2022, the group is excited to embark on this new endeavor.
Scheduled for launch in early June, Gunselman's Steakhouse and Bar will offer a unique fusion of polished, casual dining on the main level, along with the cozy ambiance of an open-air pub on the lower level. The restaurant will be nestled among the historic nature trails of Olmsted Falls. As part of the renovation plans, additional outdoor dining spaces will be incorporated to provide patrons with an inviting atmosphere to savor exquisite cuisine.
