Job Description

PT Pho Express is looking for one food prep/Line cook to join our team. Salary is starting at $14/hour-$19/hour. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated and engaged.

You will be in charge of cooking, prepping, cleaning and maintaining the store to our company standards. Looking for an individual with good work ethic and would like to work hard.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in BOH position

• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal

• Knowledge of kitchen equipments

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• • Cook menu items in compliance with company expectations (food presentation & food quality)
• • Refill, set up and break down stations
• • Assisting head cook and supervisor/shift leader
• • Label inventory and stock all ingredients
• • Prepare and wash ingredients needed
• • Clean and organize when it’s not busy
