Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Revolu, is a modern day taqueria and bar. The name Revolu is an abbreviated name for a popular street in Tijuana Mexico, Av. Revolucion. Growing up in San Diego and being raised by Jeremiah's maternal grandparents, a lot of time was spent eating "street" food along the colorful street of Revolucion. The sights, sounds, smells and all of the delicious flavors are the inspiration for Revolu.
While recreating memories of days past, the goal is to acquaint the local neighborhoods of Peoria and Phoenix, Arizona with this unusual concept.
Revolu is a modern day interpretation of the "street" food and drinks that were a part of Jeremiah's upbringing. Our mission is to utilize local businesses for fresh produce, meats/cheeses and grocery.
The drink menu has been created to compliment the eclectic food menu, some offerings include; agua fresca, hand crafted margaritas, majority Mexican beers in bottle and on tap. A made-from-scratch food and drink menu is a commitment that the owners insist upon.
