Job Description
The position consists mainly (not limited too) preparing food for consumption. They should be able to prepare the food quickly and consistently with out needing much supervision. The cook should also be able to prepare what is needed for the guest and not over use product and increase food cost. The cook is responsible for maintaining their own station by stocking and keeping it clean from the beginning of their shift to the end and following all ServSafe requirements for food safety. The cook should keep up with all cleaning schedules and adhere to all pars for cooking, prepping, etc.
