Job Description
As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish pit orgranized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Your pace is critical to turning tables, so a strong work ethic is key to success.

Betsy’s at Evelyn’s Park, a Bellaire neighborhood eatery from Adair Concepts, the owners behind iconic concepts Adair Kitchen, Eloise Nichols Grill & Liquors, BEBIDAS, Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, and Los Tios Mexican Restaurants, is now open at 4400 Bellaire Boulevard.
Located inside the beloved Yellow House at the southwest corner of Evelyn’s Park, Betsy’s bears the name of owners and siblings Nick Adair and Katie Adair Barnhart’s mother, Betsy Adair.
The menu is a fast casual concept, serving breakfast and park friendly items all-day. Think homemade breakfast tacos, yogurt, quiche, oatmeal, avocado toast and coffee in the morning to smoothies, cheese boards, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and salad bowls through the evening hours.
The space will additionally offer a vast wine and beer program. Right Side Coffee locally roasted, this coffee is now brewed at all Adair Concepts properties
In addition to supporting the many events that take place at Evelyn’s Park on a daily basis, Adair Concepts will feature outdoor grill nights, movies on the lawn, pop up events, and unique workshops to the Yellow House.
